My target during the visit was to experience the leisure room. Crystal Hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The leisure room was a haven of relaxation, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Kiev. The attention to detail in all aspects, from the modern amenities to the impeccable service, was truly impressive. I especially appreciated the friendly staff and the comfortable accommodations.
